HOW DO WE BOOK WITH YOU?

After having received your inquiry and made sure we are available for your day, we will send you our brochures or create a tailor-made quotation based on your desires and wedding plans (that depends on the quantity of information you provide us with!).

After that, we will organise a video-call to meet each other face to face and share ideas about your wedding day, further customising your quotation if needed.

Finally, we will send you over our Photography and/or Videography contract for you to fill and sign.

A 30% deposit will also be required to secure the wedding date and 70% one week before the wedding.

There will be no additional costs for trips that take no more than 2 hours from Pisa. Otherwise, we will request a refund if we need to stay overnight; we will find simple accommodations close to the location.

We shoot events all around Tuscany, but we often travel for work all over Italy and even abroad. And we love it! We speak English, Spanish and some German. Let us know all the details so we can quickly calculate the extra travelling costs.

You can surely proceed with booking only photography or only videography. Generally speaking, we highly recommend choosing both services from the same team as you would get a more cohesive style in the two media and work with photographers and videographers who have the same workflow and approach (and, more often, they can read each other’s mind!), but we don’t oblige you to do so. Don’t worry, if you have already chosen another supplier for one of the 2 services, we are also used to working with very different teams, and we always feel at ease

Of course you can. You can add an extra service, an additional operator, or an extra day of filming/shooting later on. The most important thing is to set the date for the main service, then we can calmly evaluate every possibility.

The number of photographers and videographers depends on the size of your wedding (i.e. the number of guests), the number of locations your wedding will cover, and also on your budget. Usually it’s the 2 of us, but having a second point of view is often very helpful (especially in the video) and even essential sometimes. We also offer mixed services, such as having one photographer, one videographer, and one trained photo/video assistant to take care of both when needed. In any case, we will be there to guide you and create the most suitable team for your needs.

Generally speaking, we encourage our couples to book our services at least one year before the wedding. This is particularly important if you plan to get married during the high-season weekend (May to September), if you are having a very large wedding that would employ more than two photographers and two videographers or a multiple-day one, or if you want us to fly to another state for your wedding. However, we can cover last-minute events as well, especially if they take place during the week or in the off-season.

It usually takes about 3-4 months to deliver the photos because this phase of the process is very time-consuming. We personally handle all the selection and post-production stages and want to make sure we have the time necessary to do everything properly. During wedding season, there’s really limited time available, so we prefer to take a little more time and avoid making false promises.

We’ll deliver all the photos we consider suitable (the number will depend on the shooting schedule, the number of guests, and what’s happening on the day), edited using our editing style, to a private online gallery. All photos will be in high resolution and web resolution, and you can download them all or individually to any device. You can share the gallery with friends and family or share just the photos you want on social media.
